It's Tub and Jules here. Last year's Food & Wine tours sold out, and the messages we got afterwards made us want to do it all over again. So, we are.

This July, we've invited Shaw + Smith and Moss Wood wineries to sit at our table. Jules will be creating menus that showcase the very best of what this coastline offers, paired with wines that are genuinely world-class. Tub will take you deep into a landscape few people ever experience: ancient rock art, secret islands, and fishing that stays with you for years.

Both tours include…

Four night. Limited to 8 guests. Everything included.

Flights & Accommodation. Return flights from Kununurra to Kimberley Coastal Camp, with luxurious twin-share bungalow accommodation, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

Private Winemaker Tastings. Your winemaker joins you at the table across all four days. With the Gulf as your backdrop and the vintage range open before you, each tasting is layered with notes, stories, and insight straight from the vineyard. For the Shaw + Smith tour, Mathilda Hill-Smith joins us in person. For Moss Wood, Clare and Keith Mugford bring a selection of wines typically cellared for decades. All set against the Kimberley, there is nowhere else on earth this happens.

Champagne & Oyster Breakfast.  Freshly shucked from at he rocks that morning, served with Tub's famous oyster fritters and smoked salmon blinis. Cristal Champagne in hand, bare feet in the sand.  Is there is  better way to start the day?

Long Lunch on Our Own Island. Tub guides the way to a secluded paradise. Jules curates and prepares exquisite dishes, paired perfectly with exceptional vintages chosen by your winemaker, while the untouched Kimberley backdrop ensures an experience no restaurant could ever rival.

Dinner Under the Stars. For months, Jules has crafted a bespoke menu, perfectly paired with your tour's premium wines and Cristal Champagne, all beneath the vast Milky Way. Indulge in unforgettable flavours, signature treats, and unrivalled views.  It will be a Kimberley dining experience you'll never forget.

Mud Crab Three Ways. Pulled fresh from the waters and prepared by Jules in three extraordinary styles, each paired with the winemaker's personal selection. This is the night that guests talk about long after they leave.

Bush Tucker Feast on the Coals. Slow-fire cooking, traditional flavours, and the region's finest ingredients. A favourite of Tub's and an immersive taste of the land's heritage.

Hands-On Kimberley Experience. Join Tub in setting crab pots, casting fishing lines, gathering oysters and foraging for Kimberley salt. What you catch, Jules transforms into a culinary masterpiece.

Rock Art Walk. Explore some of the world's oldest and most breathtaking art, guided by Tub, with insights and stories that will leave you in awe.

Take Home the Cookbook. Every guest departs with a signed copy of Cooking in Thongs.  It’s a keepsake of a truly unparalleled culinary journey.
