BOOKINGS:
A 30% deposit must be paid within 7 days to confirm bookings. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION :
- 31 days or more prior to arrival: full refund less $300 per person administration fee.
- 15 – 30 days prior to arrival: 30% penalty
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: no refund.
FITNESS:
Kimberley Coastal Camp operates in remote and rugged locations. Guests must be in good health and have a reasonable degree of fitness.
LIABILITY:
Although all precautions will be taken, Kimberley Coastal Camp will accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects, or expenses incurred as a result of any delay, cancellation or alteration of any service due to circumstances beyond our control.
INSURANCE:
We STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance including a cancellation policy.
PRICES:
All prices quoted are per person, are in $AU, include GST and are subject to change without notice. Kimberley Coastal Camp reserves the right to add 3% to payments made by credit card.
