BOOKINGS:

A 30% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION:

Kimberley Coastal Camp is one of Australia’s most exclusive and isolated properties, taking just 12 guests at any one time. Cancellations usually result in empty rooms due to the long lead times for bookings. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a cancellation policy.

• 60 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund less $450 per person.
• 30-60 days prior to arrival: Loss of deposit
• 30 days or less prior to arrival. No refund.

FITNESS:

Kimberley Coastal Camp operates in remote and rugged locations. Some activities will require a reasonable degree of fitness in order to participate.

LIABILITY:

Although all precautions are taken, Kimberley Coastal Camp will accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects, or expenses incurred as a result of any delay, cancellation or alteration of any service due to circumstances beyond our control.

INSURANCE:

We STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel, medical and cancellation insurance. Unforeseen circumstances may require you to change your booking, cancel at the last minute, or even leave the camp earlier than expected. In the unfortunate case that a medical evacuation is required for an emergency or ill health, it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure you have insurance to cover such an eventuality.
